What are the shipping charges?

We ship to all countries worldwide. Our prime store and warehouse are located in Dubai, UAE.

For domestic orders within the UAE as well as international shipments, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and order weight.

Are there any duties and taxes applicable?

All orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Dubai, UAE to your provided shipping address.

Due to the nature of international shipping, some customers may be required to pay additional import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches the destination country.

The majority of orders do not incur additional charges. However, we are unable to predict if or when customs duties will be applied, as these charges are determined by local authorities.

If customs duties or taxes are assessed, the recipient is responsible for paying these charges.

Simply Simz will not be responsible for non-delivery of orders where customs duties or taxes are refused or not settled by the recipient. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

Yes, you may change the shipping address only before the order has been billed or shipped.

When will my order be delivered?

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • UAE Orders: Dispatch within 3–4 business days

  • International Orders: Dispatch within 11–12 business days

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time depending on the design and style.

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, political disruptions, or strikes. Rest assured, we will keep you informed at every stage of your order.

Can I collect my online order from the store?

Yes, you may collect your online order from our Dubai retail store.

Please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of placing your order and inform them of your preferred pickup option.

Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?

No. Each order can be shipped to only one address.

If you wish to deliver items to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.

What if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Our courier partners usually contact you before delivery to confirm availability.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will reschedule after your confirmation. A maximum of three delivery attempts will be made.

If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse in Dubai. Our Customer Care Team will then contact you to assist with the next steps.
