At Simply Simz, we want our customers to love every shopping experience and feel delighted with their purchases.
However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You can exchange your product for a different colour, size, or style (if available in stock). Please inform us of the required change within 48 hours of receiving the product.
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives in poor condition, is damaged, defective, or different from what you expected, you may return it unused, in the same condition as received, with original packaging and tags intact, for an exchange. Please inform us of the issue within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Returned merchandise must reach us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Once the returned item is received, our customer care team at Simply Simz will inspect the product. Based on their evaluation, the exchange will be processed accordingly.
If you prefer not to exchange, your refund will be issued in the form of a store credit note.
EASY DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Follow these simple steps to return your purchase:
- On your invoice, mark the item(s) you are returning and mention the reason(s) for return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the completed invoice.
- Courier the parcel back to us at the address provided by our customer support team.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards, jewellery, bags, or sunglasses once dispatched (unless a manufacturing defect is found).
- Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We will not accept products that:
(a) have been damaged by the customer
(b) have been altered or customized
(c) have been worn or used
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Currently, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for orders shipped internationally.
In the rare case that an international order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@simplysimz.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
We do not accept returns if the product is dispatched to us after 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Please ensure that you report the issue first and wait for a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from our team before shipping the item back.
Do not send products before receiving our confirmation.
We will not accept the product if:
(a) it has been damaged by the customer
(b) it has been altered or customized
(c) it has been worn or used
Refunds (if approved as an exception) are typically processed within four weeks from the date you hand over the package to the return courier.
This includes:
- Transit time to receive the return (5–10 business days)
- Internal processing (3–5 business days)
- Bank processing time (5–10 business days)
Return Steps Summary
- On your invoice, indicate the item(s) being returned and your reason for return.
- Wait to receive a “Return Accepted” email from Simply Simz before dispatching your parcel.
- Once confirmed, pack your return securely in the original packaging, and include your invoice.
