ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Orders are accepted through our official website only. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing order details.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to love your Simply Simz purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team at info@simplysimz.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with order details and photographs.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
